Dear Church Family,

I want to ask you as a church family to prayerfully consider what God might do through you and through us as a church family. The devastation in Haiti is both horrific and real. It is in times of crisis that the church can and should shine with the Love of God. I have been asked by the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches and all of our National Organizations to put a comprehensive plan together for the short and long term needs of the people of Haiti. Attached is a document that includes active hyperlinks for you to give. The greatest need currently is financial. In times we will be organizing teams who would be willing to 'GO' and help in the long term building effort in Haiti. We will not be ready to send teams for an undetermined period of time as we await approval by the Haitian officials to allow deployment of volunteers. There WILL be volunteer teams needing to go, but we have to prepare and be patient and wait on the best time. Please read and act as the Lord asks of you.
